01 Design Principal

Originally, another UI designer was responsible for the interface design, but their work did not fully capture the "social innovation" feel that the project initiator was aiming for. As a result, I was appointed to take over the UI and UX design moving forward. After multiple rounds of discussions and meetings, I was able to deliver the desired solution.

02 Design Process

2.1 Mind Map

We used a mind map to define the product’s feature structure and page data fields, setting the foundation for workflow diagrams and prototypes.

2.2 Workflow

Research shows users prefer completing forms on a website. We designed a workflow that collects only basic details initially, complying with the WeChat System Privacy Policy and ensuring convenience.
